Minerals play important role in our body. In the world, there are many minerals which are necessary to take the healthy body of healthy mind.

So before to know how to minerals play an important role in our body function first we know about minerals and types of minerals.

Minerals are one of the most important natural gift to your mankind. There are many kinds of minerals which are found in rocks and soils. It is one of the basic factor for your health so that one can carry out daily activities.

We get minerals from green vegetables or from plants and by eating meat from animals that graze on the planet.

Like there are too many minerals which are useful for our body functioning but here I will discuss some of them which are essential for our healthy body.

1. Vitamins:-
