Slide the fridge and strap it onto the dolly. Position yourself so that you can slide the refrigerator onto the dolly, then slide it till it fits the dolly. Keep your back straight and knees bent while doing so. Once done, strap the fridge to the dolly and tighten it. D do this alone. - Move it carefully
Move the refrigerator slowly and carefully by tilting it back. Make sure that the bottom and top if the fridge is evenly positioned on the dolly. You need someone to help you with this process too. Do not tip the refrigerator more than 45 degrees, unless you are going down the stairs. Be very cautious if you have to take the stairs. Do not push it down the stairs but instead pull the dolly back toward you and keep the fridge tilted at an angle of 45 degrees. Move it slowly while the other person makes sure to position the refrigerator well. - Loading the fridge
Use the plank or platform to guide the fridge into a moving truck.
Secure it in the truck
Do not lay the refrigerator on its side. Secure it using additional straps along the sides and top of the fridge.
It is advisable to hire budget removalists instead of doing it yourself as they are trained and can move the refrigerator without damaging the fridge or injuring themselves.
