  1. Being in the office on time helps to stay on schedule in your daily work. “It’s understandable if you are running late on rare occasions if you have a little baby or kids that you need to drop off first, but making this the tardiness abnormal is important.
  2. Understanding office work culture understands how to deal with office colleagues and clients.
  3. Preparedness is all about keeping yourself updated with the latest information, required for calls and meetings, which serves as a baseline for taking the right decisions at the right time and track the status of work progress.
  4. Good attitude is all about being humble and polite during strong, tough and healthy conversations with colleagues and clients.
  5. Being sincere and honest explains the behavior and beliefs, it creates extra confidence in you by your co-workers and management which transforms the work smoothly in the office.

Since technical ability is very unique and different for different fields of work and areas, a person working in IT industry needs to have at least the basic knowledge of the software product, a person working in product based company, need to have knowledge about the product, or a person working in manufacturing industry need to have knowledge about the machines.

Such workers, employers or employees who are able to maintain such discipline, they don’t face stress related issues; they always stay healthy and are able to maintain a good work life balance.

The day whoever feels unsatisfied with their work, they face stress related issues; they are mentally disturbed, and also not able to maintain a good work life balance, these all leads to reacting to anxious feelings, such as, having an additional cup of coffee/tea even though when they don’t really need it, playing with their mobile phone unnecessarily, filling our gas tank even if the car can run for two more days, eating outsized food portions, wasting money, or spending sleepless nights by watching TV So I conclude this article, assuming up to your satisfaction.
